Order Processing:
Same Day Shipping: Orders placed before 2 PM are shipped on the same day, unless prior confirmation is required from the customer, such as for customized products.
Cash on Delivery (COD): All COD orders will only be shipped after receiving confirmation from the customer.
Sunday Deliveries: Deliveries are made on Sundays. However, dispatch of orders will not occur on Sundays or other public holidays.
Delivery Options:
Normal Delivery: (3-5 days) Available across Pan India.
One Day and Two Day Delivery: Available in Delhi NCR.
Same Day Delivery: Available for selected pincodes of Delhi.
Courier Partners:
We partner with a wide range of courier services, selecting only the best-performing couriers for the respective zones to ensure timely and safe delivery of your orders.
Customers are requested to understand that delivery service is a 3rd party service and actual delivery dates may vary due to various factors like Weather, Natural Calamaties, Local disturbances, Elections, Festivals and many more. These circumstances are beyond our control. Hence we advice customers that if the delivery date is not suitable for you kindly don’t place orders. However delayed deliveries are compensated with out DV Assurance programme which you will find in subsequent para.
Expected Delivery Times:
Delhi NCR: Next day and 2 days.
Metro to Metro Cities: 3-4 days.
Rest of India: 5-6 days.
North East and Jammu & Kashmir: 6-8 days.
