At Sageware, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • All original tags, labels, accessories, and packaging must be intact.

  • The product must not show signs of use, damage, washing, or alteration.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

Returns requested after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.

  • Images of the product (if damaged, defective, or incorrect)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for the return process.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect item

  • A product with missing parts

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and an unboxing video, if available.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Products showing signs of use

  • Products without original tags or packaging

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items

  • Gift cards

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for:

  • Damaged products

  • Defective products

  • Incorrect products received

If you wish to purchase a different product, size, or color, please place a new order separately.

Return Shipping

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, return shipping will be arranged by Sageware at no cost to the customer.

For returns due to change of mind, dislike of the product, or ordering mistakes, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are generally completed within 5–7 business days.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the return policy outlined above.
